Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation happens less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a **£30 cancellation fee** applies.

No-Shows: If the customer fails to be present for the service without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount.

Contract Terms: The agreement is between the customer and the service provider**, who is **responsible for delivering the service.
